How can I start working with you?

The first step to start working together is to send me a message through the contact page and register yourself   for a FREE 1:1 Health Consultation, where we will learn to know each other and where you can tell me more about your overall health and wellness challenges and  goals

Do you offer group consultations or workshops?

No, not at the moment.. My coaching program is focused on bio individuality, therefore it is quite hard to develop a "one size fits all " coaching formula. Because of that I prefer to work with each person one on one; like that I  can also assure that I am fully dedicated to the person I am coaching and not dividing my attention through out a session.

What should I prepare for my initial consultation?

Prior to our first consultation I will send you a form per email where you can let me know a bit more about yourself as well as  your goals, wishes and challenges towards a better overall health. Aside from that, just be yourself, your uniqueness is what makes it beautiful!

What is Integrative Health Coaching?

Integrative Health (IH) Coaching is a client‐centered, relational approach to working with individuals collaboratively to address the health and well being of the whole person. It acknowledges the interdependent roles of mind, body and spirit, and the innate healing capacity within each person, with an emphasis on self-care .

What is the difference between a Health Coach and a Dietitian?

A dietitian is a licensed healthcare professional with formal education and training in nutrition and dietetics.
A health coach, on the other hand, typically focuses on overall well-being and lifestyle changes.
In summary, the main difference lies in their specialization and level of training: dietitians primarily focus on nutrition and have formal qualifications, while health coaches offer broader lifestyle guidance with a focus on behavior change
